We are China International Teacher’s Association (CITA), it is a non-profit organization and affiliated with China's Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs (SAFEA). Our goal is to improve English education in China among Chinese kids’ and teens’ English. Since being established in 2008, CITA has helped over 300 foreign teachers find teaching positions in schools throughout China by using an abundant of resources, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with over 100 schools. Now we have cooperations with different universities and providing foreign English tutors for them.

Now we are looking for qualified English tutors from abroad to help improve Chinese students’ spoken English in China, especially in Shenzhen of China.

Requirements
- Native speakers of English-spoken countries include: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
- Bachelor degree or above (related education
- TEFL or TESOL certificate is required
- Minimum two years teaching experience
- In the age areas of 25~48
- Positive, enthusiastic working attitude is preferred.

About position
- One year contract
- working visa provided
- only 5 working days each week, weekends off
- Maximum 18 classes each week (Each class is only 45 minutes)
- Pre- preferring working plans and training curriculum is required.
