Job duties:
-Facilitate communication with Hong Kong lab and Key Account Managers.
-Assist in implementing specific client procedures.
-Monitor the application of these procedures.
- Follow testing process with Ningbo Lab Manager and test engineers.
-Follow client requests (Key accounts) with Ningbo Customer service team.
-Be proactive in process improvement, continuous improvement.

Profile:
-Mechanical, or electrical, or process engineer.
-More than 2 years experience in a related field.
-French, Spanish or English native speaker.
-Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Direct supervisor: Operations manager, API Lab testing Hong Kong.
