Responsibility:
1. To conduct classroom lessons to 6-10 kids in class with the assistance of one Chinese teacher, text books ,white board teaching software and teaching overviews are provided by training center .
2. To provide high quality professional teaching at all times.
3. To prepare and provide Demo classes as required.
4. To help students reach the level of English established in their learning objective.
5. To provide advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom; to give feedbacks for each student as well.
6. To take an interest in and give advice on individual student's progress in English.
7. To prepare new materials as requested.
8. To promote and preserve a happy atmosphere to attract children be involved in the training process.

Teaching hours: 20 - 30hours per week
Class size: 6-10students
Teaching schedule: combination of weekdays/weekend

Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: 11K+ RMB,based on teaching experience and class performance
Flight fee: 6,000 RMB for flight expense after 12 months working in center

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above;
Native English speaker;
At least 2 years teaching experience post Bachelor’s degree;
TEFL/TESOL or equivalent;
Exposure in flexible working hours or shifts desired.
Willing to work weekends and evenings
Sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, and organized

TEFL/TESOL or equivalent certificate
