1Keep adequate communication with sales team and distributors;

2 Provide training for distributors

3Support manager to provide the sales policy and all levels of distributor margin analysis scheme to management according to the distributor functions in the business value chain and the distributor gross margin benchmarking.

4Support manager to establish the guidance for distributor selection and reassessment, and perform regular review and optimization.

5Coordinate and support manager to complete selection and reassessment of distributor. Manage and archive all the documents related to distributor management.

6Complete distributor assessment report and pass to relevant business departments to assist the process of decision making and business cooperation with distributor.

7 Native English speaker are preferable.
