**Qualifications**

* Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
* Bachelor degree (BA/BS) or higher
* More than 2 years teaching experience and half a year management experience in a training school.
* A patient, positive and friendly personality and effective communication skills
* Teaching and management certificates are preferred

Our school, i2, is based out of Cheng Du, with 18 campuses located here. The role calls for someone who is a proficient educator as well as an effective manager. A campus’s Foreign Teacher Manager will be responsible for managing the foreign teachers in their campus, arranging teacher training and foreign teacher meetings. As Foreign Teacher Manager, you will have 15 teaching hours a week plus 10 management hours to complete various management tasks.
