Essential Duties:
1.City orientation
2.Show foreign clients properties and close the deal
3.Negotiating with the landlord/preparing contract/signing the contract
4.Providing on-going assistance to the tenant during his lease term
5.Manage and maintain key Accounts as directed and ensure management are fully informed at all times through weekly report
6.Develop new local accounts and explore the business opportunities via all possible resources
7.Attend weekly sales meetings
8.Meet HR, Admin or Purchasing of corporate accounts, explain the group and services
9.Attend the Marketing events and increase the brand awareness in the local market
10.Perform cold call and sales call on corporate clients
11.Generate RFP, follow up RFP, tenders and service level agreements
12.Attend networking, social events to obtain business information
13.Follow up service payments settlement when necessary
14.Handle complaints and resolve issues if any Additional Duties: Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

1.University or college graduate, with at least 5 years relevant industry experience
Have a strong Customer/Client focus with a global mindset and intercultural awareness
2.Be familiar with setting targets and working towards strategic goals
3.Have good presentation skills
4.Have Project Management/multi-tasking skills
5.Have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
6.Have a consultative approach and be able to discuss how best to approach an expatriate challenge in a consultative manner with the corporate client
7.Must be adaptable, flexible and responsive
