My name is Ivy, I work for an International English Training school, named i2.
i2, affiliated with the North American Education Culture Group (NAEG) and founded in 1983, is committed to the international cultural exchange program, which aims to promote international cultural communication between countries. Thousands of outstanding high school and college students benefit from the project every year.
In 2006, relying on the NAEG business model, a team of foreign experts was comprised and utilizing the traditional North American F-A-M-I-L-Y educational concept; Aier educational brand was formally established.
i2 focuses on co-operating with global top companies, providing specialized and personalized courses, set to international standards. Contents include language, art, culture, sports, management, and much more.
At present, private foreign language education in China is developing rapidly, and i2, which has been awarded “2013 Most Influential Education Group” and “2013 Most Influential English Training Organization” is considered a leading brand in the industry.
i2 in China already has 36 campuses, although the school is mostly based in Chengdu, Chongqing has 2 branches, and several more are distributed throughout China.
Position
As an i2 Educator, each teacher will carry a per week course load of 20 hours, with NO mandatory office hours. Once again, paired with i2's philosophy of a small classroom setting, this often translates to a single educator working with no more than 4 students per class.

In 2011, i2 International Institute of Education was established in Chengdu. Started our dream in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
Our first core value is to maintain ongoing improvement to our teaching quality, to ensure the English speaking competence and effectiveness of each i2 student. All i2 members firmly follow our vision “leading the way in education for our youth” and mission “cultivating the next generations of the world” and contribute to the society.
In past years, we launched the i2 public service program, which is named “The power of 1%” and execute our social responsibility. And in order to provide multi-course to customers, i2 developed “foreign teacher only” PE and arts courses & overseas programs. Not only classes operated in i2, we also started collaboration with public schools and introduced i2 courses to public schools. In 2018, i2 was authorized by SAFEA to organize the training program of Teaching English as a Foreign Language in China (TEFL in China).
i2 has over 90 campuses across 18 cities in China, with 28 in our flagship city, Chengdu, alone. i2 now has nearly two thousand employees and boasts a teaching faculty second to none, with all of our teachers having international certification and abundant teaching experience.
