Writing in-depth client studies
Coming up with new products and services to meet our growing client needs
Conference speaking and press interviews about industry changes and outlook

Profile
Native English speaker or Chinese who have lived abroad for at least 10 years
Master's degree
At least 10 years of experience in the industry and an overall understanding of how the global market works
Experience working in an aluminium smelter preferred
Combination of logical and analytical reasoning power, resulting in powerful synthesis and conclusion
In-depth knowledge of Chinese culture and the Chinese aluminium industry, having lived in China several years is a plus
Professional written and oral communication skills (Chinese is a plus)
Customer and quality oriented attitude
Creative, entrepreneurial spirit
Proactive & flexible team player
Ability to work independently
Analytical skills
Organized or methodical
An eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
