2. Position
Early Childhood Educator for children aged from 0 to 3.(full-time)

3. Full-time Pay
Salary:
A. Base salary: 8,000 RMB per month;
B. Housing allowance: 1,000RMB per month;
C. KPI bonus: 0 to 500 RMB per month;
D. Yearly bonus: 7,000 RMB after contract finished;
E. 150 RMB per hour for over-time;
F. Bonus for successful demos, student re-sign and student/teacher recommendation.

Welfare:
A. Working time: 20 teaching hours per week;
B. Support on working visa applying;
C. Medical and accident insurance provided;
D. Two days off per week and extra 5 paid holidays;
E. Professional training provided; opportunities of promotion.

4. Requirements
A. Native English speaker;
B. At least one-year early childhood teaching experience in China;
C. Certificate of TESOL, TEFL, CLTEA preferred;
D. Degree of Bachelor’s or Master’s;
E. Passionate, love to work with kids and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both kids and parents.

    In 2011, i2 International Institute of Education was established in Chengdu. Started our dream in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
