Job Description:
General Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Successfully handle initial inquiries from Chinese parents as well as consultations and conferences with parents.
2. Ensure that all daily lead and sales data is correctly captured in the customer data management system including tasks completed and events scheduled
3. Run daily reports on the progress of the sales team across all facets of the sales process to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
4. Oversee the Course consultants:
5. Develop a monthly sales strategy with the Center Manager and the Regional and/or National Sales Director to achieve the sales objectives.
6. Promptly contact or respond to leads provided by marketing in order to schedule individual and age/level appropriate sales meetings/consultations in the center.
7. Maintain an active dialogue with potential customers including those scheduled for appointments in the center, those that have missed an appointment and those that visited a center but have not yet decided to purchase a program.
8. Monitor and track individual and center sales performance and revenues and consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
9. Provide on-going feedback to the Regional Sales Director in regards to the sales strategy and sales material leveraged in the center.
10. Demonstrate a high level of teamwork and energy while always having fun.


Job Qualifications:
Nationality is Malaysia, Singapore, Philippine or other south-east Asian countries and both English and Chinese speaker.
* At least 1 year work experience in a fast moving premium sales environment.
* Strong communicator with exceptional negotiation and customer management skills
* Experience working in a children's English Language center or similar educational service business highly preferred
* Strong quantitative aptitude and ability to quickly analyze and understand situations.
* Ability to work in a high pressure environment and driven to achieve monthly goals
* Bachelor degree or above required
* Strong English skills
* Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel and ability to easily learn new software
* Flexibility to work on weekends and evening as required.
