- teach English as a foreign language to Chinese children 3-12 years of age
- maintain class order for an average class size of 8 students
- work with TAs to deliver teaching plans according to Starbugs-defined curriculum

Salary: 200-300RMB per hour depending on experience and qualification
We provide our new teachers with:
- Full training on our curriculum and lesson plans
- 1 English speaking teaching assistant for every class
- Full lesson plans with a step by step teaching procedure

Our Wangjing school also features
- computer work stations with internet
- full service Children's English Library with 1500 books
- English speaking customer service personnel

Job Requirement:
- Native Speaker from North America (United States or Canada)
- Bachelor or above, major in Education related
- Holding teaching certificate such as ESL, TESOL , TEFL or US or Canada certified Teacher's License
- At least three years English teaching experience in Kindergarten or elementary level with teaching qualify acknowledged by prior employers or students
- Past English teaching experience in American public or private elementary or Junior High school are preferred
- Can accept at least 2 years contract with Starbugs
- Curriculum Development experience is preferred
- Passion for Teaching
- Responsible, cooperative, disciplined and professional
