Job Description:

Hi there!

We are small team who have dedicated ourselves to providing quality English education to students in Xi’an, China. At the moment, we are a single American and British teacher along with a team of Chinese teaching assistants, and now we looking to expand. This is where you come in!

About the job:

- All curriculum will be provided as well as training on how to teach it.
Currently, we use mainly flash cards but soon we will be switching to electronic touch screens. You do not need to prepare lesson plans or anything like that; as long as you can follow our teaching system, you'll be fine.

- Students range in age from 4-16.
Most of your classes will be kindergarten or primary school students.

- The job is 18 hours a week, Wednesday-Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons.
You will always have Monday and Tuesday off.

- Salary is 9000 RMB for 18 hours a week, 10000 for 20 hours, 11000 RMB for 22 hours with a maximum salary of 12000 for 24 hours.
We feel anything more than 24 hours a week is too much to handle. We will never force you to do more than you want: 18 hours is what we ask, and we can give you more hours ONLY if you want them and feel up to it.

- You will have 8 weeks vacation, and will also receive a bonus of 7000 RMB on successful completion of a 1 year contract.

- We will provide a working visa, and will help finding accomodation near the school.
