Foreign Duty Hall Manager

Responsibilities :

Providing exemplary motivational, supervisory and customer service skills
Inspiring Chinese staff to consistently display a professional attitude towards hotel guests
Organizational skills to prioritize and delegate jobs to maintain smooth daily operations
Proficiency in conflict resolution to resolve guest and staff issues that may arise
Walk-through’s of your area to ensure that 5 star quality standards are being met at all time
Attending meetings, providing feedback, issues, ideas, etc. to upper-management
Keeping confidentiality of information, being responsible, and professional at all times

Working time 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, you have 1 day off during the weekend

Must be available to move to Chengdu by the first week of JUNE and be ready to work after June 10th.
