Responsibilities:
l Provide high quality instruction to improve Chinese students’ comprehensive English ability and subject knowledge.
2 Prepare lessons that reflect best practices and accommodate the individual differences of students.
3 Prepare syllabus with clear objectives for each lesson, unit and project. These objectives should be in line with curriculum goals and should be communicated clearly to students.
4 Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals.
5 Assess student learning through ongoing observations and more formal methods. Provide frequent feedback to students and parents and complete written progress reports.
6 Incorporate problem solving strategies and literacy strategies into daily instructional routine.
7 Provide opportunities for students to express themselves using spoken, written, and electronic forms of communication.
8 Finish all tasks related to all kinds of tests, such as make out test papers, the register the exam result, analysis, etc.
9 Maintain order in the classroom in a fair and just manner.
10 Accomplish temporary task assigned by the executive director.
Requirements:
·• English Native Speaker (U.S.A, Canada, United Kingdom ,New Zealand, Australia, South Africa)
·• Have passion in education and teaching, want to develop education as career;
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university . Education, and psychology , social studies related major will be highly prioritized;
• CELTA/TEFL certificate or equivalent
• A minimum of 24 months Teaching experience is required, must be post-graduation
• Able to get a Criminal Background Check
• Applicants who can teach more than one subject are highly preferred
• Applicants who can have specialties at performing arts fields are highly preferred
Salary & Benefits:
1. Monthly Salary:
CNY 12,000-20,000/ USD 1800+ (Base on experience and subject / After tax)

Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day including office hour.

Admiral Farragut Academy Tianjin was established in 2013. Located at 3 Yantai Road, Heping District, Tianjin, the school is a college preparatory institution dedicated to assisting students in pursuing overseas education.
