Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the English Content Editing Department and meet assigned performance indicators;
- Determine orientation of website theme, establish core values, and formulate development strategies;
- Understand demands in English reader markets, industry dynamics, and popular topics, direct contributions, and fulfill market dynamics;
- Organize and manage English editorial teams and coordinate evaluation and training for in-house employees;
- Summarize editing experience while guiding and cultivating talent;
- Coordinate and strengthen internal and external information flow and communication.

Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- Native or proficient English speaker
- With at least 5-7 years of experience in online or offline publishing, and at least 3 years of experience in managing editorial team;
- Well organized, excellent communication skills
- Innovative, expressive and can work under pressure
- Familiar with popular online literature in the U.K. and the U.S., with an in-depth understanding of its developments.
- Capable of predicting market direction is a plus.
- Access to author pools is a plus;
- Passion for online literature and good work ethic.
- Willing to work in Shenzhen
