Job description :
• 1) Teaching ESL courses.
• 2) Assigning appropriate homework and correcting homework on time.
• 3) Developing and using suitable supplementary materials as necessary.
• 4) Using audio / video materials in classes as necessary.
• 5) Supervising students and monitoring student's learning progress.
• 6) Adjusting and differentiating instruction to meet the learning needs of students.
• 7) Preparing and marking tests and examinations.

Certificate required :
• 1) A four-year bachelor's degree or above.
• 2) Relevant teaching certificate is preferable.

Preferred background or experience :
• 1) Good command of English, native English speaker is preferable.
• 2) At least two years teaching experience in related subject.
• 3) Excellent communication skills and great personality
• 4) Overseas learning or working experience is a plus
• 5) Initial training and orientation is required before teaching

Course introduction :
ESL（English as a Second Language）aims to help those whose first language is not English and have needs to use English for study or work environments. Course objective in Elite after completing is : to be able to communicate with people with simple sentences ; to be able to read simple English stories ; master the foundation of phonics and know how to apply them ;to be able to talk about some social popular issues such as global crisis ,environmental issues etc in English.


where you are supposed to work :
Most of time teach in primary schools or Junior middle school where some students study ESL course provided by Elite in English during the semesters. An ESL teacher would be required to teach in different schools upon request . Meanwhile, An English Reading teacher is also possibily asked to tutor students (1-4 students) in Elite’s own center.
