We have two hundreds of centers in China, Minhang center is the 3rd of Shanghai.

Position information and requirements:
- One year contract
- 5 working days per week
- class size: 2-13 students and parents (Ages:0 through 5)
- Irregular working hours
- working with an assistant of a Chinese teacher

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive remuneration of 10000 to 20000 RMB monthly based on qualifications.
- 5 days paid annual leave as flight reimbursement at the completion of one year contact, if both sides wish to continue the working relationship.

Desired skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- A native speaker from the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Good at singing, musical instrument skill is a plus.
- Understanding and interest in Chinese culture

    The Romp n’ Roll story begins with our co-founders, Michael and Babz Barnett. As parents of young children themselves who desired these types of classes for their own kids, Michael and Babz were disappointed at the offerings in their hometown of Richmond, Virginia. So, they set out to create a place for kids and their parents, which offered a wide variety of high quality classes led by enthusiastic, well-trained instructors and held in a clean, safe, whimsical environment. Romp n’ Roll’s first location opened in October 2004.

    Michael and Babz opened their second location less than a year later and granted their first franchise in 2007. In 2010 they granted a “Master Franchise” license to a group in China, all while adding new locations in the U.S.

    In 2010, Michael and Babz were invited to appear on ABC’s reality show, Shark Tank. They were offered a deal by two of the sharks, which they turned down, and they still happily own 100% of the company. Today, Romp n’ Roll has more than 110 locations in multiple countries.

    Our proven business model offers kids and their parents a variety of classes — including music, art, gym, science, dance and more — all under one roof. We also have birthday parties, Kids’ Night Out and Parents’ Morning Out. Everything we offer is carefully designed around childhood development research. Make no mistake, our classes and parties are fun; but they are also developmentally appropriate with the goal of building kids’ skills and abilities and preparing them to enter school. By combining physical activity with music, art or science, we help develop more well-rounded kids, often at a lower price point for families.
