About Us:
Top-A International Education is working together with American Blue Ribbon Schools to offer Chinese schools American style of English environment. We provide online classes (one to one, one to six, a big class within 30 kids at a time), and the service for the students who are interested in studying abroad in American High Schools.
There are lots of Chinese schools, (not limited in Beijing), all around the mainland China, cooperating with us to offer a better English education to Chinese students.
The class contents are TOFEL, speaking & listening; class, ESL class, and American high school subjects like history, geography, math and so on.
We are looking for many part time American or native speakers (Don't need to be in China) to teach online classes. The teaching time is very flexible.
Our principle is the same as Blue Ribbon Schools, 'No kids left behind'!
Job Requirements:
1.Native speakers from America, Canada, Australia or England
2.Should be friendly and patient to kids, full of passion while teaching.
3.Have basic knowledge of computer skills like Presentation
4.Accept the rearrangement of working schedule
5.Willing to learn, always be imaginative
6. At least 1 year teaching experience

Job Description:
1.Teaching Basic Knowledge of English OR American High School Subjects for kids from 6-12 years old.
2.Teaching Program: On-line Classes （one to one/six/a big class within 30 kids)
3.Other Contents: For VIP classes, teachers should prepare the courseware.
4.Flexible Working Hours: you will be informed one day earlier if there are any classes
5.Working Location: anywhere in the world, but time differences should be considered
6.It’s a part time position.

Wages and Benefits:
1.wages: 100 RMB/half an hour for basic English class
260 RMB/an hour for Subject classes
2.ways of payment: Can be paid in RMB or Dollars through China Bank transfer or paypal

Teaching Time:
1. For alive online class which is one to a big class (30 kids), 15:20-15:50, 16:30-17:00,17:00-17:30 Mon-Fri
2. For VIP (one to one class), can be flexible. Normally around 20:00-21:00 every day.
