We are a UK based flight crew leasing and Management company, currently supplying foreign pilots to a number of major Chinese Airlines.

We require a hard-working Liaison Officer in Beijing who will provide crucial support to our recruitment projects in China. Duties will include the following:

A. Act as our local point of contact with Airlines and our pilots.
B. Help to arrange transport, accommodation, interview, medical and flight check etc. in China, and provide the necessary interpreting services.
C. General administrative work concerning pilots’ documentation required by Airlines and Civil Aviation Authority.
D. Help pilots and their families to familiarise with the culture, life, manners and customs, laws and regulations of China and provide assistance when required.
E. Assist and deal with any emergency.
F. To help improve relations with our Chinese Clients and further develop our business in China and beyond.
G. There is the potential for greater involvement and more fulfilling roll as we develop more business in the region.

Qualification and experience required:-

1. Good command of English and Mandarin both written and spoken is essential. Good computer skill is also preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years work experience which involves elements of customer services, business development or human recourses.
3. Most importantly we need somebody who is reliable, self-motivated, well organised and with good communication and inter-personal skills.
4. We are looking for a mature person with good work ethic and commercial sense, who is willing to work flexible hours, overtime and occasionally travel regionally.

Salary will be paid in US$, bonus paid annually
The successful candidate should live in the Beijing area and be able to work flexible hours and partially from home. Salary negotiable.
