Fantem is seeking a friendly and people-focused Customer Advocate for our ready to launch Oomi smart home system. As a Customer Advocate, you will respond to customer inquiries via primarily via email, chat, text, social media and perhaps phone. Your main role is to listen to customers and offer a warm, consultative approach to customer care. Fantem is committed to delivering an unparalleled customer-centric experience. As one of the first members of our team, you will have a unique opportunity to help define what our Customer Advocacy program looks like in this new and exciting venture.
We’re especially interested in your abilities with some or most of the following:
 Conversing and engaging with people one-on-one
 Learning and adapting quickly
 Discovering solutions and sharing results
 Collaborating and communicating with team members
 Delivering remarkable customer experience
Essential Skills, Qualifications:
 Experience in retail, food service, banking or other customer-facing role
 Proficiency with phone, computers, software, and technology
 Effective communicator, excellent verbal and written abilities
 Genuine interest in people
 Self-starter who takes direction effortlessly
 Assertive, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive
Education / Certification:
 English fluency –prefer native speakers
 Bi-lingual is a plus
