1. Help our lovely students learn about the U.S./U.K. education system and prepare for given exams.
2. Lessons include U.S./U.K high school preparational courses, such as AP, GCSE, A-level etc. Our candidates don't have to teach all of them. Our preparation courses are our core value courses.

Qualifications:
1. Experience teaching middle school and high school Literature/American History is highly preferred.
2. Education background related to Literature/American History is highly preferred.
3. U.S./U.K. Citizen is preferred.
4. Teaching experience in U.S./U.K. high schools is highly preferred.
5. Outgoing and caring personality.
6. Motivated by a desire to successfully teach.
7. Ability to assess individual students learning types and adapt their teaching methods for maximum effect.
8. Know how to show understanding and patience for different cultures This is a top recruiting principle.
9. Loyalty to the company and the teaching profession.
10. Candidates currently residing in China preferred.
