This position is provided by a 5* hotel based in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The position is placed as Guest Service Executive or Manager (depending on the candidate’s qualifications) at Front Office. To simply put, the main responsibilities for the position is to assist the head of FO or F&B departments with various tasks and provide the quality service to the guests.

The fit candidate should speak Fluent English, have proactive personality, strong communication and people skills. The big preference will go to the candidates with some relevant hotel work experience and Chinese language knowledge. A benefits package will be provided, which includes salary, accommodation, staff meals, etc.
