These hotel jobs & internships are provided by upscale 4/5* hotels based in Hangzhou (there are opportunities in other major cities as well, such as Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Beijing, Changzhou, Dongguan, Qingdao, etc).

The full-time employees could be placed as a Sales Service Manager, F&B Service Manager, F&O Service Manager, Physiotherapist, Guest Relation Officer/Manager, F&B Manager, Guest Service Manager, Sou Chef, Marketing Executive/Manager/Director, Duty Manager, F&B Director, Restaurant Manager, Client Executive, Pastry Chef, etc. These are great opportunities for the international professionals to jump start or further their careers in the hotel/hospitality industry in China.

The interns would be mainly placed at the Front Office and/or Food & Beverage Department, helping deal with the Guest Relations Management such as welcoming the guests, collecting the service feedback, helping check-in & out, answering the inquiries, handling the complaints, maintaining the good relations, etc. These are great opportunities for the current university students (studying in China or overseas), or young graduates to sharpen the skills of communication, problem-solving, and customer service while practicing Chinese language and learning how an upscale hotel is being run in China. The accommodation and staff meals will usually be provided.

Position Requirements:
1. Current University students, graduates and/or professionals in and out of China;
2. Interested in the hotel industry and like dealing with people;
3. Fluent English; Chinese, Japanese, or another language skills preferred;
4. Cheerful, self-motivated, proactive and keen on learning;
5. Hotel work experience will be a big plus.
