Principle Job Accountabilities:
1.Lead the team through performance management and ensure company rules, procedures and targets are complied with and achieved.
2.To continually review production processes in terms of availability, productivity and quality in order to identify negative trends, implement corrective/preventative actions and identify areas for improvement.
3.Maintains the quality system in area of responsibility in regard to procedures, documentation, corrective action, and deviation reporting
4.Coordinates with QC and Engineering intruder to solve day to day problems with the product and process.
5.To ensure that all subordinates are trained according to relevant work instructions.
6.To ensure all production reports and SAP transactions including shop floor back flush materials are finished properly and timely. Carry out appropriate daily checks.
7.Understands environmental and health and safety policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensures staff is trained regarding environmental and health and safety work instructions and policies. Monitors staff to ensure compliance.
8.Raise issues within production so that, in conjunction with shift manager and production manager, remedial actions can be implemented to minims impact.
9.Other duties as assigned.
10.To supervise the condom manufacturing operation in foiling process.

Knowledge and Skills required:
1.College diploma or equivalent .Preferable B.S. degree in technical or science.
2.2 years relevant management experience.
3.Computer literate. Familiar with SAP system is preferred.
4.Good English/Chinese communication skills.
5.Experience of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or similar is a plus. Be able to adapt to the shift work.
