Job Responsibilities:
1. As the main contact for customer,to deal with any basic inquiries and requests about the products and services whenever before sales or after sales
2. Involving optimize and improve SOP and standard communicated wording
3. Record customer service related information,and do analysis to improve the service level,including but not limited:
a. Issues solving lead time
b. The accuracy of information provided
c. Customer satisfaction
4. Make sure all KPIs could meet the target, and continuously to maintain and improve

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor
- Language: native English/Russian speaker
- Working experience: 1 year job-related work experience preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Others:
a. strong communication skill
b. team work spirit
-Chinese level:can be use as a working language
