Our international school ( K9-G12) in Suzhou is currently seeking highly qualified, self-driven and passionate individuals to fill the following position:


Position: Deputy PRINCIPAL

Location: Suzhou


Start date: Sept 1, 2015

Contract length: 2-3 year contract (renewable)


Salary : 25,000RMB to 40,000RMB per month 


Accommodation - 2 bedroom furnished apartment with paid utilities. 
Family Visas paid for and arranged.(1) return flight per year 
2-3 months paid holiday per year ,Medical insurance

JOB duties:

Responsible for implementing and managing the policies, regulations, procedures and curriculum, to ensure all students have a safe learning environment and receive instruction that meets or exceeds curriculum standards.
Responsible for leading curriculum content and course development, programme evaluation, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, teaching a few classes and resource scheduling. 

REQUIREMENTS
Native English speakers from (British, Australian, American and New Zealand only)
Bachelor degree in Management from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience.
Or a Diploma qualification with a minimum of 10 years experience in managing an educational organization.
Teaching experience in a multi-cultural environment is preferable;
Computer literacy skills; proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Has the ability to organise and manage multiple priorities.
Possesses problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
Possesses excellent communication skills: Oral (including presentations), Written, Interpersonal (active listening), Negotiating and Influencing.
Has experience leading high performance teams and is a strong team player.
Has a strong track record for analysing complex problems/issues, identifying patterns and recommending creative solutions.
Possesses broad conceptual perspective and forward-thinking on business issues and their long-term impact on the business unit, the finance function and the firm.
Is proactive and takes initiative.
Insists on highest level of quality.
