1. Business and implementation planning
1.1. Contribute to the development of the annual GEP budget
1.2. Manage the implementation of the production planning to deliver gas on time and within budget
1.3. Ensure that Production Department planning & implementation is undertaken to compliment the activities of other Greka departments & business
2. Production Management
2.1. Lead the GEP production teams in the PSC bloks to deliver gas producing wells
2.2. Develop & deliver rolling 4 weekly work over plans. Develop & deliver quarterly completion to production targes.
2.3. Ensure all necessary activities required to bring a well into production are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.
2.4. Manage ongoing operation of all wells brought into production including timely delivery of necessary work over programs.
3. HSE Management
3.1. Lead the GEP Production Department in undertaking their work in a healthy & safe manner
3.2. Ensure appropriate assessments are completed before activities are commenced to ensure all people involved in or impacted by our activities are not adversely affected.
4. General Management
4.1. Provide timely & accurate reporting on Production Department performance
4.2. Contribute to the overall management of the GEP business by actively participating in regular management meetings & activites.
