We are seeking a senior manager with the following characters:
-Native English speaker
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least two years’ experience teaching adults
-TESOL/TEFL/CELTA qualification is required
-A minimum of one year management experience
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
The main job responsibilities include:
-Recruitment and onboarding of international faculty
-Processing and management of international faculty working documents including work permit, invitation letter, foreign expert certificate, and residence permit
-Development of an international faculty management and compensation system
-Supervision and assessment of international faculty job performance
-Planning and organizing of international faculty training sessions and seminars; academics, corporate, cultural, etc.
-Participation in school marketing and promotional event
Attractive remuneration package that includes:
-Negotiable monthly salary
-Monthly housing allowance of 2,000 CNY
-Yearly flight allowance of 10,000 CNY
-Medical insurance
-Sponsorship and compensation of working documents.
